Hey there, I’m Gina! You might wonder how I could be anyone's cheerleader, considering the adversities and tragedies I have faced in my life. Through the incredibly tough and dark times, I have wrestled intensely with God, often wondering where He was when everything seemed to fall apart. Have you ever asked, "How did this become my life?" Countless shocks and heartaches have left me reeling, leading to moments of anxiety and fear about what tragedy might come next.

It is through the devastating times that have challenged me beyond comprehension that I have experienced a peace that surpasses all understanding. While it is hard to understand how I can experience joy in the midst of adversity, I want to share with you how. This is where the word RADIATE comes in. Learning to RADIATE will positively impact your personal life and your career.

I actually am a cheer coach and even if you are not a cheerleader, I am your most enthusiastic cheerleader. I have personally experienced the redeeming power of God, the healing touch of Jesus and the power of the Holy Spirit. Whether you want me to come speak at your event, work with your small business/nonprofit, or coach you in small group coaching sessions, I will show you how to RADIATE and be successful in life and career.

Hey there, I’m Gina! Have you ever asked, "How did this become my life? Or “Did this really happen to me?” Throughout my years, I have met and worked with many people who have experienced countless shocks and heartaches that have left them reeling, leading to moments of anxiety and fear about what tragedy might come next. I relate because I have been there and often ask, when will hits stop coming?

Through the incredibly tough and dark times, I have wrestled intensely with God, often wondering where He was when everything seemed to fall apart. It is through the devastating times when I have been challenged beyond comprehension that I have experienced a peace that surpasses all understanding. While it is hard to understand how I can experience joy in the midst of adversity, I am passionate about sharing with people how they can experience this.

It is through even the most tragic circumstances, we still can RADIATE. Learning to RADIATE will positively impact your personal life and your career and I can share exactly how.

In addition to a 25-year career leading nonprofit organizations, I have been a cheer coach my whole adult life winning 7 State Championships and impacting hundreds of athletes lives. Even if you are not a cheerleader, I am your most enthusiastic cheerleader. I have personally experienced the redeeming power of God, the healing touch of Jesus and the power of the Holy Spirit.
